Emergency treatment method of waste paper baler during operation and parking

Feb 01, 2021

What are the emergency treatment methods for the waste paper baler during operation and when it is stopped? The professional waste paper baler factory will answer for you.

1. Check the operation of the pump. If the small waste paper baler is noisy, the needle swing is large, and the oil temperature is too high, the pump may be severely worn.

2. Understand the operating efficiency of the pump. Comparing the temperature of the pump casing and the fuel tank, if the temperature difference between the two is higher than 5 degrees Celsius, the pump efficiency can be considered very low.

3. Check the oil leakage of the pump shaft and joints, and pay special attention to leakage at high temperature and high pressure.

4. Observe the indication value of the vacuum gauge installed at the suction pipe of the pump. During normal operation, its value should be below 127mmhg; otherwise, check the oil filter and working oil of the small waste paper baler.

A small amount of air has penetrated into the waste paper baler oil, and needle-shaped bubbles can be found in the oil tank. If a lot of air invades the system, a lot of bubbles will appear in the fuel tank. At this time, the oil is easily deteriorated and cannot be used. At the same time, the hydraulic system of the waste paper baler equipment will experience vibration, noise, pressure fluctuations, unstable operation of hydraulic components, crawling of moving parts, reversing impact, inaccurate positioning or disordered actions.

The comprehensive analysis of the geometric angle of the waste paper baler, in fact, the learning of the geometric angle of the tool has its context and order. Students only need to master its internal laws and understand them in a certain way. From the outside to the inside, from the shallow to the deep, from this to the other, so as to achieve the overall view and essence of the tool geometry angle. Lay a solid foundation for future study and work. The basic angles are: the rake angle and the relief angle in the orthogonal plane; the blade inclination angle in the cutting plane; the main deflection angle and the secondary deflection angle in the base plane. When teaching, many students find it difficult to master for a while. The key lies in the failure to pay attention to and understand the concepts of coordinate plane and measurement plane. Rather than memorizing the angle definition by rote, the result is just a memory that stays on the surface.
