The pressure oil output from the hydraulic pump of the waste paper baler enters the lower cavity of the hydraulic cylinder along the pipeline through the ring groove on the left side of the throttle valve and the reversing valve valve. Under the action of the pressure oil of the waste paper baler, the piston moves upward and the pushing mechanism realizes the lifting action. At this time, the oil discharged from the upper cavity of the hydraulic cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the ring groove and pipeline on the right side of the directional valve spool.

The movement speed of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by a throttle valve. The pressure oil output by the hydraulic pump of the waste paper baler flows through the one-way valve and is divided into two paths, one path leads to the hydraulic cylinder through the throttle valve, and the other path flows back to the oil tank through the overflow valve. The throttle valve is like a faucet. By turning the valve core and changing the size of its opening, the flow of oil entering the hydraulic cylinder through the throttle valve can be changed to control the lifting speed. The output of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by the relief valve. Adjusting the pressing force of the spring in the overflow valve can control the high pressure of the hydraulic pump output of the waste paper baler. The high pressure determines the carrying capacity of the waste paper baler. When the lifted external load exceeds the carrying capacity set by the overflow valve, the oil pressure reaches the high pressure of the hydraulic pump. At this time, the hydraulic force acting on the steel ball pushes the steel ball open, and the pressure of the waste paper baler The oil flows directly back to the tank through the overflow valve and the oil return pipe, and the oil pressure will not continue to rise. Therefore, the overflow valve also plays a role in making the system have overload safety protection.


The oil sucked by the hydraulic pump of the waste paper baler from the oil tank is first filtered by the oil filter to remove impurities and dirt to protect the valves in the system from being blocked.

Precautions in the use of waste paper hydraulic baler

1. The oil supply system should be based on the quantity specified in the foregoing description plus the specified brand of working oil. The oil temperature should not exceed 50-70°.

2. In the oil supply system

A. The crude oil must be cleaned once a month within half a month of the new installation and must be filtered by a 120-150 mesh filter before being added to the fuel tank.

B. Pump out all hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank thoroughly after three months.

C. After three months of normal use, clean the oil and filter once every production quarter.

3. Effective measures should be taken after adjustment of the overflow valve, unloading valve, and travel switch to prevent others from moving indiscriminately to avoid accidents.

4. The equipment must be carefully overhauled and maintained once a year, during which all greases in the bearings should be replaced.

5. Non-operators are strictly forbidden to operate. When feeding, you must remove your hands and then press and compress. Operators must pay attention to safety.

6. It is strictly forbidden to overload the package.

7. After the filling is finished, be sure to press the exposed material into the upper part of the material box, otherwise it may cause the cylinder to bend or the pressure plate to deform
