She told reporters that "the company's welfare is very good, and there are often opportunities to go to China for training. This is an attraction for us. As long as I have been to a colleague in China, I still want to go to the second time. I can improve myself and broaden my horizons. I feel very comfortable working at NFC." She even laughed and said, "I don't want to go back to Russia, I am reluctant to leave the Central Kazakhstan company."
